Hello, I am Nicolas, a life student of massage and bodywork. I started this journey of massage therapy in Los Angeles, CA in 2005. My foundation of massage training has come from my German Father who worked in the world of Sports Massage for the NHL and USA Hockey team. After relocating to Phoenix, AZ, I had the pleasure of working for a nurturing Chiropractic clinic which inspired me to create my own business, 28 Symmetry in 2013. My goal as a therapist is to help you understand and help heal whatever discomfort you come in with. My heart is in finding the root cause of the issue rather than working on the symptom alone, to help people bring their body to a new height of homeostasis, 28 Symmetry (to infinite symmetry). I am honored to work with you, as the way to healing is a joint effort!

Relaxation 60min $100/90min $140
Relaxation massage is lighter in touch and includes long flowing strokes to assist with deep relaxation. A gentle, rhythmic massage that relaxes soft body tissue, alleviates stress and tension, and contributes to a sense of overall well-being.
Deep Tissue 60min $100/75min $120/90min $140
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. The techniques that are used in this massage are performed slower and the pressure is deeper to ensure concentration in areas of tension. This therapy is ideal for guests with issues of chronic tension or who are experienced with massage.
Sports 60min $90/75min $120/90min $140
Sports massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue as in the Deep Tissue massage. The techniques that are used in this massage are performed in faster pace to warm up areas and then slowed down with deeper pressure to ensure concentration in areas of tension are moved out. The use of PNF or other stretching to lengthening targeted muscles. This therapy is ideal for guests with issues of chronic tension or who are experienced with massage don’t mind to activating muscles to releasing tension.
PreNatal Massage 60min $100/90min $140
This is a relaxing massage is nurturing for both the mother and child. Extra care and attention are given to the mother’s comfort and stage of pregnancy. Maternity massage is available for guests once the first trimester is completed.
